Sjogren's Disease Research Study

This research study is evaluating an investigational medication for Sjogren's disease. The medication is a type called a T cell engager, given as an injection under the skin once a week for up to 4 weeks, and there is no placebo in this study. Participation lasts about 1 year with 14 study visits, and includes procedures such as vital signs, blood tests, and ECGs, with possible salivary gland biopsies (under local anesthetic) and ultrasounds. Participants stay in the hospital for at least 2 days after the first and second dose, and may choose an optional long-term follow-up period of about 1 additional year with visits every 3 months. Study-related procedures, study medication, and travel support are provided at no cost, and a study doctor will determine eligibility after one in-person screening visit.

Qualifications:

• Diagnosed with Sjogren's disease for at least 6 months (including negative blood tests for Sjogren's)
• Your healthcare provider prescribed at least 2 types of different medications for your Sjogren's that did not relieve your symptoms, or that caused side effects
• Cannot have another autoimmune disease
• They haven't been prescribed at least 2 types of different medications that didn't relieve their symptoms
• Can't have another autoimmune disease
